Normally basket is reprocessed using attachment reprocess scheduler. This feature enables you to process the attachment manually when the scheduler, for example, is hanging. This feature can be very helpful in an error situation and emergency case.
Steps to process the attachment basket manually:
- Open Batch Control Board and click on Inbound Processing. There are two sections of batch monitoring which are Working Baskets and Batch Basket Histories.
- Select on the items you want to manually process by clicking on the “Reprocess“ button.

Go to Apex Jobs and check the Manual Basket process.
