In the previous version, we stored the configuration in the properties file of the New Agent as plain text passwords. To enhance security, we have implemented password encryption.
Notification when the Agent Scheduler Does Not Run for a Certain Time #
Salesforce has a feature on the scheduler that does not run for a certain time. As a result, we have enhanced our Agent Scheduler to support this feature as well. The enhanced functionality includes alerting users when the Agent scheduler unexpectedly stops running. This feature is beneficial as it provides users with alerts or notifications, informing them that the scheduler has not been run since a specific time (xxx). This ensures that users are promptly notified of any disruptions in the scheduler’s operation.
